The Palestra is a gathering designed for individuals to practice together, whether to study, revise, or simply enjoy time with others during rope sessions. There are no teachers or formal lessons, just a rope monitor available if assistance is needed.
There are NO suspension points available.
Attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothing for rope activities, but they are free to dress as they wish. Nudity is not allowed.
What to bring:
- Your ropes
- A mat
COST: €15 payable upon entry.
