“Explore the Pure Olive Oils of Italy: Diversity of Varieties and Flavors, Quality and Health Aspects”
Led by Pauliaus Jurkevičius and Jurgos Jurkevičienė, these masterclasses will uncover the range of flavors in EVO oils from different Italian regions, the nuances of EU labeling, the subtleties of sensory analysis, and the secrets of health benefits and food pairings with EVO oil. The theoretical knowledge will be complemented by a practical introduction to tasting techniques, along with an exploration of four different regional EVO oils and their ideal food pairings.
The session will be conducted in Lithuanian. Attendance is free, but prior registration for each participant is required.
