For newcomers, the club is inclusive and offers routes that accommodate various skill levels, including those in wheelchairs. Each session features a guided warm-up and participants can choose their distance and pace, with hiking available as an option. Typically, the group meets briefly before the run, followed by warm-ups, splitting into pace groups, and concluding the session with casual networking over coffee.
