Self-Reflection Meditation - Inner Spring
As nature awakens from its winter slumber, individuals are invited to gently awaken within themselves during the spring. This meditation encourages participants to connect with their subconscious, release old layers, and cultivate their inner garden with new intentions.
Through deep relaxation and visualization, attendees will metaphorically sow seeds—on an energetic, emotional, and idea level. They will plant the seeds of their dreams, desires, and goals. What do they want to nurture and bring to fruition this season?
Inner Spring is a guided meditation lasting approximately 60 minutes, allowing ample space for participants to relax, tune into what wants to sprout within, and involve their subconscious in the creative process.
By utilizing gentle breathing, visualization, and intention, the following will be achieved:
This session is ideal for anyone seeking a fresh start, wishing to feel lighter, and ready to grow from within. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with their favorite notebook to record insights during and after the meditation. It is a ladies-only gathering, and headscarves may be removed if it feels more comfortable. Attire should be comfortable to facilitate relaxation during the session. There's no need for prior meditation experience, making it perfect for anyone embarking on their journey towards mindfulness and self-development.
