Indiana University Global Health Scholars Day with John Green
The Indiana University Center for Global Health Equity hosts the 7th annual Global Health Scholars Day, featuring a Fireside Chat with renowned Indiana author and global health philanthropist John Green. He will engage in discussions about his latest book, "Everything is Tuberculosis", alongside other significant global health issues, facilitated by center director Dr. Adrian Gardner, at the Madam Walker Theater in Indianapolis. After the discussion, attendees are invited to network on the 4th floor of the theater, where they can learn from a diverse range of topics showcased through posters designed by IU faculty, residents, and students.

The IU Center for Global Health Equity seeks to forge impactful partnerships across disciplines and regions, aiming to create and execute sustainable programs that enhance health and well-being in underserved communities globally. The center is dedicated to cultivating future health education and research leaders who will advance local, national, and global health initiatives.
One of their major collaborations is with AMPATH (Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare), which encompasses over 16 academic medical centers collaborating with medical schools and public health institutions in countries such as Kenya, Ghana, Mexico, and Nepal.
