MS Education Summit: Spring 2025 -- In Person or Online!

Participants are invited to a day filled with insightful presentations and discussions focused on the care and treatment of multiple sclerosis at the Rocky Mountain MS Center Education Summit. Esteemed doctors, clinical staff, and guest speakers will share valuable information relevant to the MS community.

NOTICE: Upon registration, individuals will need to select either IN PERSON or ONLINE options.

  • The IN PERSON attendance takes place at the Anschutz Medical Campus located in Aurora, Colorado.
  • The ONLINE attendance will be facilitated via a live Zoom broadcast.

Regardless of the option chosen, participants will receive detailed emails with instructions and directions prior to the Education Summit.

Attendees are encouraged to submit any questions for the Q&A session during the registration process. The goal is to address as many pertinent questions as possible.

For those attending in person, the experience includes a complimentary light breakfast, opportunities to connect with others affected by MS, and access to an exhibit hall featuring resources from organizations involved in the MS field. Comprehensive directions will be provided as the summit date approaches.

For online participants, prior to the summit, emails will include crucial details about each presentation, links to the PowerPoint slides from the speakers, and guidance on connecting to the Zoom broadcast.

  • 9:40 a.m. Dr. Ryan Kammeyer: The Significance of Brain Volume Changes in MS and Actionable Steps
  • 10:05 a.m. Break
  • 10:15 a.m. Q&A Panel #1 featuring Drs. Gross and Kammeyer
  • 10:45 a.m. Dr. Teri Schreiner: Weighing the Risks and Benefits of Medications
  • 11:10 a.m. Break
  • 11:20 a.m. Dr. Enrique Alvarez: Latest Developments in MS Research
  • 11:45 a.m. Q&A Panel #2 with Drs. Schreiner and Alvarez
  • 12:15 p.m. Conclusion of the program

Programs from the MS Center are designed to benefit patients, families, caregivers, and medical professionals interested in multiple sclerosis and related diseases. At this time, Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Continuing Medical Education credits (CMEs) will not be available, and proof of attendance for such purposes cannot be provided.
