Recharge

This experience allows participants to reconnect with their true selves through movement that engages leadership energy patterns within their nervous systems. Activities like gathering around the bonfire, enjoying fresh fruit, and watching the sunrise and sunset will further enhance this reconnection.

Reset

Participants will recalibrate their focus and align their actions to effectively navigate the year’s second half. They will learn transformative strategies that shift their mindset from coping to thriving, empowering them to approach their strengths with renewed vigor.

About the Retreat Facilitator

Weng Suarez serves as the facilitator, bringing her expertise as a Certified HeartMath Trainer and a Certified Zen Leader Practitioner. With eight years of experience in leadership development and resilience training, she is well-equipped to guide attendees through this transformative journey.

About the Retreat Haven

The retreat is hosted at Oikos Orchard and Farm, located in the scenic highlands of South Cebu. This site is renowned for its sustainable agriculture practices and stunning views of Bohol Island, providing an ideal backdrop for such a revitalizing experience.

Oikos offers a comfortable glamping setup, featuring shared and private tents with kitchen and bathroom facilities for a relaxing stay.
