The Department of Law from the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance at the University of Luxembourg, together with the LCEL, will host a discussion featuring Advocates General of the CJEU including Tamara Ćapeta, Nicholas Emiliou, Laila Medina, Athanasios Rantos, Jean Richard de la Tour, Dean Spielmann, and Judge of the Italian Constitutional Court Giovanni Pitruzzella. This debate will involve academic staff from the University of Luxembourg along with Professors Fabrice Picod from the University Paris 2, Panthéon-Assas, and François-Xavier Millet from the University of Antilles, focusing on the themes of discretion and margin of appreciation.
