Did you know that parking is complimentary? There will be designated disabled parking available closer to the entrance. Can tickets be bought on the day? Yes, depending on availability, ticket purchases can be made at the Box Office. To avoid delays, it’s advised to arrive early. Food options are plentiful, with numerous concession stands and a dining tent available. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnics and there will be designated seating areas, though bringing alcohol is discouraged as there is a bar on site. The festival will also feature a bookseller for those looking to make a purchase.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, although attendees should note that the festival is set in a field and may be weather-dependent. Additional amenities for disabled visitors are provided. Mobility scooters can be reserved in advance, and hearing loops are available in speaker areas. Assistance dogs are permitted with proper documentation.

Entry tickets for 2025 encompass all talks and activities throughout the festival, including displays, reenactments, live music, shopping opportunities, and various children's activities. A full programme will be shared in April 2025. Day entry tickets will be available for purchase from early April. Festival Members can reserve seats in the main speaker venues when the programme is released.
