About the Speakers

Marine Boudeau

Deputy Director of digital products and services at the Ministry of Labor, Health, and Solidarity's Digital Department.

Previously at DINUM, she initiated the DesignGouv program and launched the UX Commandos, followed by the Digital Intervention Brigade, to improve the effectiveness of digital public services.

At the Ministry, she leads a sub-department responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining 250 applications. Marine advocates for design as a lever for performance, accessibility, and impact in public services.

Jérôme Ferrari-Fromager

Head of Design at Orange Innovation

Jérôme oversees a team of over 180 designers at Orange Innovation, focusing on making design a catalyst for responsible and sustainable innovation within Orange's product and technology strategy. He has played a key role in creating a design governance structure ("Design Office") and implementing a new Group Design System, collaborating within a community of over 500 designers and 5,000 developers.
