The event will take place at Open, located at Corso Stati Uniti 62/b in Turin. The meeting will be held in the courtyard, and in case of rain, it will move indoors. To reach Open, attendees can take bus lines 10, 12, 58, 58/, Star 1, or the Metro, stopping at Vinzaglio.

Upon arrival, participants will be greeted at the entrance. They will ask for the attendee's name and verify their reservation. Afterward, they will guide attendees to their seating as indicated by the Time2 Foundation staff.
