The training focuses on an analytical and systematic approach to sales and business, emphasizing understanding the customer's motivations and unique sales opportunities.
In the first part, the training will center around sales pitches, addressing the following topics:
The training will explore communication through various channels, utilizing practical examples and role-playing to cover the most common and essential methods: email, phone calls, video conferencing, meetings, social media, and presentations at trade shows/conferences.
The latter part of the workshop will delve into key sales matters, including effective sales techniques, the importance of persistence and assertiveness, discount policies and negotiation strategies, and how to avoid common pitfalls faced by sales professionals.
Throughout the training, the focus will be on both B2B and B2C sales, highlighting the differences between these approaches.
Who will share their knowledge?
The workshop will be led by Jure Novak, the director of Inokron d.o.o., an experienced sales consultant and trainer with extensive knowledge in business communication, sales conversations, and developing sales strategies. He has dedicated his career to understanding customer behavior and building effective B2B and B2C sales processes based on trust, needs analysis, and targeted communication.
Jure's practical approach and experiences across various industries will help participants master sales techniques that truly work in practice.
