The focus of this conference will be on addressing worldwide health and workforce needs while exchanging insights to enhance the global healthcare landscape.
Abstracts will be welcomed on four key themes:
1) Fostering Innovation for Modern Health and Care (e.g., Education in Medical/Health Proficiency, AI, and Environmental Health)
2) Collaboration and Workforce Advancement for Health Prevention, Promotion, and Sustainability
3) Driving Change within Diverse Health and Care Environments, Promoting Effective Cultures for Practice and Policy Transformation (Impact of Innovation)
4) The Impact of Climate Change on Health and Wellbeing in Coastal, Rural, and Isolated Communities

This three-day conference will take place at the Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from October 27th to 29th.
The cost for delegates will be £450.00 for the entire three-day conference, with discounted flights available for presenters and early registrants.
The registration fee includes:
· A variety of presentations and posters covering the four themes
· Three keynote speakers
· A traditional welcoming ceremony reflecting Sri Lankan culture
· A conference dinner
· A drinks reception on a lagoon boat with canapés
· Complimentary wellbeing activities at the conference venue
· A closing ceremony

In addition to the planned conference activities, the organizing committee is also arranging social activities for the evenings, which may include a tour of Colombo and a visit to a local children's hospital for interested delegates.
Emphasizing sustainability is a core theme, and efforts have been made to mitigate the carbon emissions associated with air travel for this conference. A partnership has been established with the Department of Wildlife Conservation in Colombo to facilitate a tree-planting initiative at Attidiya Sanctuary in Sri Lanka.
