🎯 BBS Alumni Networking & Soft Skills Experience with AI Coach.

NEGOZIAZIONE o LEADERSHIP: test your skills! in collaboration with The Reflection SaSu, an innovative edtech startup for skill development.

📅 When: May 17, 2025 📍

Where: Online & in person at Bologna Business School.

This unique experience is designed for the BBS Alumni community, blending personal development, experiential gaming, AI technology, and networking.

Participants will test their soft skills in a digital simulation involving two live participants, supported by The Reflection team, with tailored feedback from the AI Coach, based on their interactions.

🔄 The journey consists of 4 steps:

1. Registration (April 3-23)

➡️ On the BBS Alumni portal, choose your game language (Italian or English) and the type of simulation:

• Negotiation (1 game – 1 hour)
  🎯 Goal: Develop collaborative negotiation skills and identify win-win solutions in a realistic business environment.
• Leadership: Providing Constructive Feedback (2 games – 1 hour each)
  🎯 Goal: Improve the ability to give constructive feedback in individual performance evaluations.

2. Access & Technical Tests (April 21 – May 1)
➡️ Familiarize with the virtual gaming platform.

3. Game / Simulation (May 1 – 14, online)
➡️ Engage in gameplay at your convenience, being randomly matched with another participant. Each game concludes with personalized feedback from the AI Coach.

4. Reflection & Networking Session – May 17 at 10:00 AM
➡️ In person at BBS or online: Participants will analyze their gaming experiences, share insights, and conclude with a networking game for those attending in person.

For those interested, networking will continue over lunch at the Pepperoni restaurant (Via di Barbiano 7 - Bologna).
