This year, attendees can look forward to extended festivities following the last race. They are encouraged to enjoy evening entertainment at the Dongara Race Club, with additional details available soon.

Guests may bring their own picnic or indulge in offerings from local food vendors.

No outside alcohol or glass containers are permitted.

Highlights of the Swan Draught Dongara Cup 2025 include:

• Gates opening at 12:00 PM and remaining open until 11:00 PM
• Six exhilarating horse races
• On-course TAB access
• Fashions on the Field for ladies, men, and children (prior registration required)
• A special kids' corner
• Live music throughout the day between races
• Diverse food vendors available all day and into the evening
• Three bar locations, including a members-only section
• Evening entertainment following the races—keep an eye out for announcements on who will be performing!
• On-site parking with a voluntary gold coin donation for the Lions Club
• New Leaf Connect bus service for convenient pickups and drop-offs
• Camping accommodations available at the town cricket oval overflow area

TICKETS:

Adults General Admission: $30 online plus fees, or $40 at the gate

Kids aged 5-18: $2 online plus fees, or $5 at the gate

Kids under 5: FREE

Limited tickets available at the gate, with cash and EFT options accepted.

Strictly no outside alcohol permitted. Security personnel will conduct bag and ID checks at the gates.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have visible wristbands.

Bus Service: There will be a bus service operating throughout the day for pick-up and drop-off by New Leaf Connect, costing $10 in cash or an additional $1 for card payments. For camping, please refer to the Shire of Irwin website for town accommodations. Pets are not permitted on the grounds, except for working support dogs with proof when requested. Cash out facilities will not be available at this gathering. Alcoholic beverages will require drink tickets, which can be purchased on-site before presenting to the bars. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic rugs and foldout chairs for seating, as limited seating will be provided.
