This gathering is not just a typical workout; it promises a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere where participants can engage, exercise, and support a vital community initiative.
π₯ Warm-Up: Start with a 10-minute mobility session to prepare the body.
πͺ Workout: Participate in a 45-minute strength training segment using weights and bands, accommodating all fitness levels!
π§ββοΈ Yoga Flow: Conclude with a refreshing 20-minute stretching and yoga segment to feel invigorated and balanced.

Post-workout, attendees are invited to enjoy a refreshing beverage (beer, mocktail, or whatever they prefer) and delicious food at Red Bird Brewing! There will also be opportunities to win some fantastic local prizesβdonβt miss out!
This month focuses on fundraising for Mamas for Mamas, a national charity dedicated to aiding mothers and caregivers in crisis by offering continual support to families facing poverty-related issues. A portion of all proceeds will directly benefit their local initiatives, assisting families in need within Kelowna.
