Workshop Overview
This interactive workshop focuses on how individual values and boundaries influence identity, particularly in multicultural settings. Participants will engage in discussions, reflections, and movement activities designed to help them discover personal values and maintain connections while adapting to new cultural contexts. The session promises to be engaging, reflective, and practical for all attendees.
Facilitators
Eliza Hochman
Eliza is an accomplished behavior change expert with two decades of experience in organizational development and leadership. Her career involves working with executives from global firms and startups, guiding them through challenges related to growth and leadership adaptation. She emphasizes creating impactful learning experiences that promote meaningful change. Currently, Eliza is pursuing counseling training to enhance her ability to support individuals on a personal level, combining her expertise in behavioral science with effective change strategies centered on personal and professional transformation.
Ingrid is a skilled dancer and Perceptual Pedagogue (Danis Bois Method), dedicated to creating environments that facilitate the unlearning of habitual patterns and the discovery of new perspectives. By using the Sensible body as a medium, she encourages participants to redefine their relationship with both themselves and the surrounding world. Ingrid is originally from Belgium and fluently navigates between French, Swedish, English, and Finnish.
MIELI Without Borders is a community-focused organization led by migrants, committed to reducing stigma and raising awareness regarding migrant mental health through proactive community engagement.
