The 10th Annual Conference organized by Sport Resolutions is set for Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the elegant five-star Leonardo Royal London St Paul's Hotel in London.
This year, the conference promises a prestigious lineup of sports professionals and industry leaders who will engage in vital discussions regarding current trends in anti-doping, athlete welfare, governance, and integrity in sports.
CONFERENCE MODERATOR
An accomplished sports presenter will lead the discussions, with the announcement of the host taking place in early 2025.
The conference will consist of five sessions—three in the morning, followed by a buffet lunch, and two in the afternoon. A detailed agenda will be accessible soon on the associated website.
Participants who are CPD members will be awarded 4.5 CPD points for their attendance at this annual gathering.
Session topics will be released at a later date via the website and newsletter.
Each year, over 250 legal and sports professionals join this gathering, creating excellent networking opportunities. Breakfast with hot drinks and pastries will be offered during registration, allowing attendees to connect early. Additional networking chances will occur during two coffee breaks and the open buffet lunch.
A networking drinks reception will follow the conference, providing a relaxed atmosphere for attendees to engage with peers in the industry.
TICKET INFORMATION
Early Bird Tickets are available for £330.00 excluding VAT until March 9, 2025, at 23:59.
Standard Tickets are priced at £395.00 excluding VAT.
Full-time students can benefit from an Academic Ticket available at a reduced rate of £90.00 excluding VAT, contingent on providing student ID or email.
A Group Ticket option allows for three tickets at the price of two standard tickets (£263.33 excluding VAT each), available only for attendees from the same organization.

Q: Is it necessary to bring a printed ticket to the conference?
A: No, a registration desk will be available for check-in, and a printed ticket is not required.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days in advance, but tickets may be transferred to a colleague at no cost.
Q: Will food be provided?
A: Yes, catering will include arrival tea, coffee, and pastries; mid-morning refreshments; and a hot buffet lunch. A drinks reception at the hotel bar will also be available after the conference for networking and discussions.
