Introducing the King County Contractor Networking Opportunity!
King County is organizing its annual networking initiative aimed at fostering connections among small, minority, and women-owned businesses as well as prime contractors and consultants. This initiative offers a platform for these groups to engage with each other and gain insights into forthcoming contracts from various King County agencies.
The initiative aims to facilitate interactions between potential prime contractors, consultants, and smaller, diverse enterprises to discuss collaborative opportunities for upcoming projects.

Participating King County agencies will include the Wastewater Treatment Division, Metro Transit, Parks, Road Services, Local Services, Water and Land Resources Division, Facilities Management Division, and Solid Waste Division. A full schedule will be shared as the date approaches. Sign-ups for individual meetings will be available on the day of the initiative, allowing participants to book 10-minute slots with agencies and prime contractors at various times. More details will be provided at the gathering and through the website. Over 15 prime contractors/consultants will be present, with booths available for inquiries and discussions. A complete list of attendees will be published closer to the gathering date. Those interested in participating as a prime contractor/consultant can fill out an interest form to receive further guidance from the event coordinators.
