All tickets can be transferred until the first redemption, regardless of the ticket orderer's name. After redemption, tickets are non-transferable.

The shop offers ONLY DUO & GROUP SHOOTS for this gathering.
An admission ticket is also required and can be obtained from a different shop.
Additionally, there will be individual shops for each participating star, where extras such as AUTOGRAPH / SELFIE & PHOTO SHOOT tickets can be purchased separately.
Children aged 0-5 can enter for free if accompanied by a guardian. Age verification may be required.

Visitors are reminded that they must adhere to government regulations in place at the time of the gathering to attend. Any changes to the attendance requirements before the event will take precedence. Changes in regulations do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Due to limited capacity, all visitors over the age of 5 (i.e., 6 years and older) must have an admission ticket.
This rule also applies to persons with severe disabilities and their companions possessing a disability certificate marked with a “B”.
Refunds or exchanges are not allowed if the gathering occurs. Visitors are informed that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for tickets. Any star guests may cancel their appearance on short notice due to various circumstances. In such cases, Autograph / Photo Shoot / Meet & Greet tickets will be automatically refunded to the purchasing account. There is no entitlement to reimbursement for admission tickets, including VIP or upgrade tickets.
