To participate, one simply needs to arrive at the designated location for their upcoming run. Although registration is not required, joining the chat group and following on social media is encouraged. Support for the club can be shown by attending, spreading the word, inviting interested individuals, or volunteering for special activities. Those who are not experienced runners are welcome, as sessions are beginner-friendly with accessible routes, and participants can choose their own distance and speed. The club provides guided warm-ups to ensure safety, with various pace groups available.

Generally, participants gather for a few minutes to network before starting the run with a group warm-up. After the activity, attendees often visit a nearby coffee shop for further networking opportunities.
