On the occasion of "Open Mill Day," Macinazione Lendinara invites everyone to explore its facilities with 4 guided tour sessions. Concurrently with the tours, the following activities will be available:

HOMEMADE PIZZA MASTERCLASS
with Simone Lombardi and Alessandra Fontana
from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
APERITIF WITH DJ SET
from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
On Saturday, May 24, 2025, the fourth edition of "Open Mill Day" will take place. This initiative, created by Italmopa – Italian Millers Association, aims to provide a deeper understanding of the milling process, which has remained true to tradition while incorporating cutting-edge technology to ensure the production of various flours and semolinas – essential ingredients for iconic “Made in Italy” food products such as bread, pizza, pasta, and high-quality desserts, which also meet stringent hygiene and safety standards for consumer protection.
