Social Sewing Saturday - April (Easter Saturday)

Join a delightful day of sewing and social interaction at Karori Arts & Crafts. This gathering welcomes everyone from experienced crafters to beginners who are eager to refine their skills. Attendees are encouraged to bring their ongoing projects or start something fresh while connecting with other like-minded sewing aficionados. It's an opportunity to exchange ideas, techniques, and inspiring stories as everyone works on their creations.

Participants should bring their own sewing machines, fabric, and necessary materials. Including an extension lead and multipoint box is advisable, although some equipment is available at the centre. An iron, ironing board, and sufficient tables will also be provided for comfort during the sewing session. Hand-sewing projects are also welcome.

The venue includes a kitchen, with nearby supermarkets and cafés for added convenience.
Free parking is available, including three designated spots for the centre and other options close by.

Cost: Free for members of the Karori Arts Centre or $15 per individual, payable in advance via bank transfer or in cash on the day. Annual membership of the centre is $105, offering discounts on classes and additional group access.

Attendees are requested to refrain from attending if they are experiencing any illness.
