Unofficial Fan Convention

This shop offers ONLY the extras for designated stars participating in the convention.

Additionally, an entry ticket is necessary, which can be purchased separately.

Each star attending will have a dedicated shop for all related extras including AUTOGRAPH, SELFIE, and PHOTO SHOOT tickets.

Children aged 0-5 can enter for free when accompanied by an adult guardian. Proof of age may be requested.

ATTENTION: It is the customer's responsibility to meet any government-established requirements necessary for attending this public gathering. Should these participation conditions change before the event, the rules in effect at that time will apply. Changes to those criteria do not constitute a reason for cancellation.

Due to limited capacity, every visitor older than 5 years (6 years and above) must purchase an admission ticket.

This requirement also applies to disabled individuals and their companions who hold a severely disabled person's pass marked with B.

All tickets are non-exchangeable if the event occurs as scheduled. Attendees are informed that there is no statutory right of withdrawal per § 312 g Para. 2 No. 9 BGB. All celebrity guests may cancel their attendance at any time due to filming opportunities, illness, or personal matters. If a guest cancels, Autograph, Photo Shoot, and Meet & Greet tickets will be automatically refunded to the purchasing account; however, there is no option for the reimbursement of admission tickets, including VIP or upgrade options.
