On Saturday, April 26, Kornati invites guests to a special evening featuring an exclusive Wine & Dinner in collaboration with the Croatian winery Royal Hill Estate. Attendees can look forward to a delightful five-course meal paired with five exceptional wines, including an aperitif.
Royal Hill Estate blends tradition with modern quality standards. Their wines are known for their elegance and freshness, making them perfect companions for the five-course menu.
- Aperitif: Extra Brut White Sparkling Wine & Chef's Greeting
- 1st Course: Rosé – Sashimi of Seabass, Kumquat, Jus
- 2nd Course: Cabernet Franc – Baked Camembert & Gorgonzola, Apple Chutney, Jerusalem Artichoke, Beurre Blanc Aioli
- 3rd Course: Chardonnay – Truffled Gnocchi with Shrimp, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Hazelnuts
