Program Overview

Day One: Fundamental Program

Participants will learn the foundational knowledge of the methodology. This training introduces the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool, demonstrating how to use various tools including flow theory, rules for setting up the play field, etiquette, and traps to avoid, across multiple applications in different scenarios that enable hand-brain connection. Theory merges with practice.

Day Two: Teams and Groups

The second day guides participants both inward and outward through the process while exploring individual identity and understanding how this tool can be customized for all types of workshops or processes, including team workshops.

Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups

The third day allows participants to understand how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity and landscape kits to recreate 3D models illustrating complex environments where elements like teams and projects, along with associated systems, interact in real-time scenarios.

Day Four: Practical Cases

Participants will learn practical applications of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in various business domains. They will discover how to conduct business diagnostics using exclusive 3D Diagnostic Cards, design short activities with visual cards and LEGO®️ bricks, and develop online workshops for groups in various cities and countries. They will also strategize on how to launch or grow their business practice while accelerating the return on investment.

The in-person program's opening is subject to the health regulations of Mexico City. If, due to force majeure, the in-person training cannot take place, the participant will have the option to reschedule for another available date or participate in one of the online training sessions.
