Matched Wine Option: Guests can opt to add matched wines to their dining experience for an extra fee, available on the day. A variety of wines by the glass or bottle, as well as beers and soft drinks, are also available. The restaurant is fully licensed and does not allow BYO.
Dietary Requirements: The menu is fixed, and unfortunately, no changes or accommodations can be made for specific dietary needs, including religious diets and food allergies. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Menu: will be revealed on the day of the dinner and will feature vegetarian options.
Timeliness: Guests must arrive promptly at the time indicated on their tickets as seating is scheduled for specific times.
Duration: The estimated time to enjoy the complete 5-Course dining experience is approximately 2 hours. Guests are encouraged to relax and savor the creations of the culinary students.
Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu serves as the training restaurant for students to gain hands-on experience in a real restaurant environment, all under the expert supervision of their chef lecturers. The Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business students will be in charge of both kitchen and front-of-house operations during this service.
Brasserie & High Tea Refund Policy
• Refunds are not available unless the dining service is cancelled by Le Cordon Bleu NZ.
• Customers may arrange for another person to take their place.
