The wellness industry is being transformed with a focus on community and compassion through a significant community breathwork gathering.
The mission behind this initiative is to make healing accessible for all, particularly those in need. Barriers to entry are being removed to revive fundamental community values and provide access to the transformative Breathwork for Emotional Release.
The gathering will provide a welcoming IN PERSON community environment, featuring a Breathwork for Emotional Release Session at The Rock Steps Community Centre, Cork.
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect personally, receive a brief overview of the session, and then immediately engage in the breathwork experience, concluding with a powerful emotional release collective scream.
All instructions will be provided during the session, making it accessible even for those trying this breathwork style for the first time.
Doors will open at 6.30 PM, with the session starting promptly at 7 PM.
What to bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on.
A blanket or coat will suffice.
An eye mask or something similar to cover the eyes.
This gathering is open to individuals of all genders, with a commitment to inclusivity and removing any barriers to participation.
