"The Art of Pairing: Wine & Charcuterie" offers an engaging tasting experience aimed at both wine lovers and those keen to expand their knowledge of food and wine combinations.
This intimate session, guided by a knowledgeable sommelier from L’OCA, features a tasting of four exceptional wines paired with a delightful selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie.
Participants will gain insights into the intricate relationship between wine and food, learning how they complement one another.
The event will showcase a carefully chosen array of four remarkable wines, including the aromatic Nestor Fileri, the balanced Red Stone Chardonnay, and the robust Ganadero Garnacha Barrel Burner.
Attendees will explore the perfect pairing of these wines with artisanal cheeses and cured meats, such as the pungent Epoisses Chalancey, the Merlot-infused Tipsy, the complex Vintage Cheddar 24 Month, and the exquisite Culatello di Zibello DOP.
This tasting experience is for individuals aged 18 and older.
A complimentary glass of prosecco or a non-alcoholic beverage will be offered upon arrival, with additional drinks available for purchase during the session.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for seating arrangements.
Participation in L’OCA’s classes is based on a first-come, first-served system and requires full payment. The management reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment or due to other unforeseen issues.
If a class must be canceled for any reason, participants will be informed via email and refunded completely to their original payment method.
Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled class.
