Participants will enjoy a full day retreat consisting of 5 transformative workshops centered on wellness, mindfulness, and personal development. They will become part of a vibrant community of supportive, like-minded women while receiving a curated wellness pack and special gifts to take home.
With limited spaces available, it is encouraged to secure a spot and embrace a day dedicated to personal well-being!
Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and have a light layer or blanket for meditation. No previous experience is required, making this retreat suitable for anyone interested in relaxation and rejuvenation.
Light meals including breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be provided, accommodating dietary needs upon request. Arrival is suggested between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM for check-in and breakfast before the activities commence at 8:00 AM.
Parking is available at the venue, and attendees can reserve a spot by providing their vehicle registration number ahead of time. If coming via public transport, checking the venue's website for directions is recommended.
Bringing a friend is not only welcomed but encouraged, with personal items being stored in a designated area during the retreat. Connections with fellow participants are promoted throughout breaks, meals, and activities, ensuring everyone has the chance to form lasting relationships.
