The inaugural Basin Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival is set for Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Scharbauer Sports Complex. This festival will showcase over 15 top barbecue establishments from Texas and offer live music throughout the day. Attendees can choose from four ticket types: Platinum VIP, VIP, General Admission, and Concert-Only, each with three distinct entry times.
PLATINUM VIP: Attendees with this ticket can enter at 12:00 PM and enjoy 8 VIP passes, a reserved table in the Platinum VIP section beside the stage, and access to a private bar and restroom. The seating arrangement may vary, and a seating map is available for review.
VIP: This ticket type also allows entry at 12:00 PM, providing hour-earlier access to the festival, complimentary samples from participating BBQ vendors (while supplies last), a festival t-shirt, and two drink vouchers, along with a designated VIP area at the front of the stage.
TUNES & 'CUES: With a gate time of 1:00 PM, this ticket gives guests sampling access to BBQ offerings (while supplies last) and admission to the concert portion of the festival.
CONCERT-ONLY: Available for entry at 4:00 PM, this ticket grants access to the concert. Vendors and food trucks will commence offering their fare starting at this time, and any BBQ joint wishing to continue food sales after sampling can do so.
2025 Lineup:
The festival is suitable for all ages. Children aged 5 and younger can enter for free, while those over 5 will require a ticket for admission.
