It is understood that to remain within safe environmental limits for greenhouse gas emissions and to feed a growing global population, significant changes to our diets are necessary. It is also acknowledged that our food choices are rarely rational and well thought out.
The question arises: How can these crucial changes be reconciled with personal habits and preferences, as well as cultural traditions?
To find answers three local business representatives were invited: Vegan Nata, Kitchen Dates and A Minha Avó to discuss alternative diets and their climatic and cultural impact based on market experience with the Lisbon and Portuguese public.
