This workshop offers an in-depth exploration of Pumas, a robust pharmacometric platform utilized for modeling and simulation during drug development. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in practical exercises and learn standard procedures in population pharmacokinetics (PK) and sequential PKPD modeling. Experienced professionals will assist attendees throughout the model construction process, diagnostics, and data manipulation, while also allowing for exploration into specific topics such as absorption models with non-Gaussian random effects.
