Working in the fields of music, events, and culture involves much more than passion and creativity; it also requires hard work, unusual hours, and constant challenges. This Gender Conference fosters an open and honest dialogue about the realities of being a parent in a fast-paced industry where work often extends beyond the traditional hours. Through personal stories and group reflections, participants will discuss biases, obstacles, and strategies for balancing career and family life in a still largely unregulated environment.
