In celebration of its 130th anniversary, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is hosting a special series of events throughout the year. The latest installment, Flavours of the Philippines, highlights the diverse culinary heritage and distinctive flavors found in Filipino cuisine, in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Ottawa.
On Friday, April 25th, attendees will enjoy a delightful four-course gourmet dinner, showcasing the vibrant tastes of the Philippines, prepared by Guest Chef Liza Sare alongside talented students.
This dinner also marks a Signature Event during the 4th Filipino Restaurant Month in Canada this April.
With a capacity for just 40 guests, this intimate dining experience features a carefully crafted, multi-course menu that reflects the richness of Filipino culture through its culinary arts.
