Ticketing information

Entry:

• Attendees must dress appropriately for a school event in order to gain entry.
• Bringing food and beverages into the performance venue is not allowed.
• Attendees must check in by presenting their tickets to the ushers at the entrance.
• Guests can either print a physical copy of their ticket or show the e-ticket & QR code on their mobile devices.
• Each ticket allows for one entry per show; attempting to re-enter with the same ticket will not be permitted.
• Doors will open 20 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Late arrivals will be allowed in during a suitable break.
• Seating will be free within the designated zones.
• Filming during the performance is not allowed.

Cancellations & Waitlist:

• If unable to attend, ticket holders should cancel their tickets. Cancellations are allowed until one day before the event via a link in the e-ticket.
• For those unable to secure tickets due to limited seating, a waitlist registration is encouraged. An email will be sent if tickets become available due to cancellations.
