The Diversity Commitment - We (Still) Do Better Together

In a initiative launched four years ago, a group of visionary investors set out to enhance diversity within their investment practices. This commitment has evolved and now involves 13 investors working together to instigate change and demonstrate unity.

As they reach the four-year milestone, they are set to release the latest findings in the fourth Diversity Commitment report, reviewing their journey, sharing key insights, and showcasing successful practices developed along the way.

The highlight of the gathering will be keynote speaker Poornima Luthra, who will provide her expert perspective on advancing diversity and inclusion.

Included in the data are contributions from 13 investors: Antler, ByFounders, Crowberry Capital, DanBAN, Danske Bank Growth, Dreamcraft Ventures, EIFO, Fonden for Entreprenørskab, Heartcore Capital, Innovationsfonden, PreSeed Ventures, Rockstart, and Seed Capital.

Started in 2021, the Diversity Commitment has brought together Nordic investors around a common goal to advance diversity and inclusion. By agreeing to publicly share their data in an annual report, these investors encourage learning and drive action across the industry, supported by Industriens Fond.

The occasion aims to celebrate their achievements, define future goals, and reaffirm their collective commitment to fostering a more diverse startup ecosystem.
