Self Love Day at the Statler

Join to experience a vibrant day dedicated to self-love, fitness, and wellness in its second year! The beautiful Statler Buffalo serves as the perfect backdrop for an exciting gathering that includes various fitness classes, boutique vendors, and interactive demonstrations from talented local businesses. Attendees are encouraged to be present and enjoy the activities!

THIS YEAR'S ADDITION: Pre-order lunch boxes to ensure your meal is ready on the day of the gathering!

Numerous classes and workshops will run throughout the day, and participants are welcome to arrive at their convenience, without the need to start at 11 am. A detailed schedule will be shared soon!

The first 50 individuals to register will receive a bag filled with amazing items! Notifications will be sent via email regarding swag bags!

*Participants acknowledge their own health and physical conditions, understanding that engaging in any exercise program may pose risks, and are voluntarily taking part in the activities offered by Vibe Yoga Lab, LLC, their instructors, and The Statler Buffalo.

*With this understanding, participants release Vibe Yoga Lab, LLC, as well as their representatives and successors from any liability due to accidental injury or illness incurred while participating in the activities.

*Participants accept all risks associated and consent to take part in the program.

*They agree to disclose any physical limitations or impairments that may impact their ability to join the fitness/yoga program.

*Participants grant permission for photos taken during the gathering to be used for social media and marketing purposes.
