The highlight of the 5-day anniversary festival is the Anniversary Concert, featuring all choirs and more than 1,000 singers at the MHP Arena in Ludwigsburg on Saturday, May 31 at 8 PM. The talented soloists and band will join the choir to create a unique atmosphere.
Everyone is welcome to attend!
Tickets are available either for 20.00 Euros or free.
Attendees can choose their preferred option voluntarily.
An optional donation can also be made at the end of the concert to support the hosting organization.
Initially, not all tickets will be released. We aim to give those who are unfamiliar a chance to secure a ticket.
Purchasing a ticket for 20.00 Euros does not confer any advantages or disadvantages. 😊 For the first round of ticket releases, max. 2 tickets per person can be booked.
Additional tickets will be available from May 2nd.
Seats or standing areas are available for booking. No specific seating assignments will be provided – seating is open.
In this “Arena,” the seats are located in the stands to the left, right, and opposite the stage. Standing areas will be in front of the stage.
Accessible seating is available for wheelchair users. Please select this option when booking. Each companion should book a separate, regular ticket.
Seating for individuals with limited mobility is close to the main entrance. Please choose this option when booking.
Entry to the concert starts at 7 PM.
For admission, tickets with a clear QR code must be shown at the entrance, either printed or on a mobile device.
Each ticket can only be used once for one person. Thus, please do not copy or print tickets multiple times!
Please do not bring backpacks or large bags.
The security team at the entrance may conduct random checks of bags for safety purposes. We appreciate your understanding.
A limited number of tickets will be available at the box office for interested attendees who cannot or do not wish to pre-order.
It is recommended to arrive at the box office before 7 PM as it will open at 6:00 PM.
Again, attendees can decide whether to buy a 20.00 Euro ticket or support with a voluntary donation for free entry at the end of the concert.
Are there specific places for wheelchair users? Yes. There are designated spaces for wheelchair users, providing a total of 14 spots that are level with the main entrance. An elevator is accessible from the parking area.
Is there seating or standing options? Both are available. Attendees can choose whether they would like a seat or standing area when booking tickets (as long as inventory lasts). We do not offer specific seat reservations - only block reservations.
Parking is available in an underground garage directly beneath the MHP Arena, and an additional parking garage is opposite the train station in Ludwigsburg. Both are clearly marked. The standard rate for events is 6.00 EUR and is available from 2 hours before doors open until 2:59 AM.
Food and beverage options will be available for purchase in the venue. Bringing food and drinks is prohibited.
Accessibility is provided with designated parking in the underground garage under the MHP Arena. Access is via Martin-Luther-Straße.
From the underground garage, an elevator provides access to various levels within the MHP Arena.
