Get ready for a fun culinary experience! In this engaging class, participants will learn to prepare a traditional Italian dish under the guidance of a skilled chef. After a demonstration, they will have the opportunity to create their own dish from scratch, which they can take home to enjoy.

Italian pasta has a rich variety that reflects its regions and accompanying sauces. Attendees will embark on a culinary adventure through Northern Italy, discovering the pasta traditions specific to different areas. During this class, they will make their own pasta dough by hand.

In this class, participants will:

• Discover the culture and traditions surrounding Northern Italian pasta.

• Watch as the chef demonstrates how to make various types of pasta such as ravioli, agnolotti del plin, and tortellini.

• Create their own pasta from scratch.

• Savor a menu that includes antipasto, a welcome Prosecco, and Ricotta Spinach Ravioli al Pomodoro, expertly paired with wine.

Important Notes:

• Each ticket is valid for one participant.

• Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The class duration may vary slightly.

• All guests consuming alcohol must present valid ID proving they are at least 19 years old. Non-alcoholic options will be available.

• Classes welcome children ages 8 and above who are interested in cooking. Children aged 15 and under must be with an adult who has a ticket.

Policies on Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

Full payment is required upon registration, and all sales are final. No refunds will be provided for classes. For groups of 5-10, seven days' notice is required for a credit towards a future class or event, while for groups of up to 4, three days' notice is needed. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, participants will be contacted to arrange a refund or credit for future classes. While last-minute cancellations due to illness or emergencies cannot be credited, participants are allowed to send someone in their place. If gifting a class, recipients should be aware of this cancellation policy.
