Policies on Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
Full payment is required upon registration, and all sales are final. No refunds will be provided for classes. For groups of 5-10, seven days' notice is required for a credit towards a future class or event, while for groups of up to 4, three days' notice is needed. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, participants will be contacted to arrange a refund or credit for future classes. While last-minute cancellations due to illness or emergencies cannot be credited, participants are allowed to send someone in their place. If gifting a class, recipients should be aware of this cancellation policy.
