The gathering, organized by the Good Food Institute Europe and the Danish Embassy in Italy with the collaboration of Federchimica Assobiotec, will coincide with the National Bioeconomy Day. It will bring together experts from the food and biotech sectors of Denmark and Italy to investigate the significance of biosolutions and fermentation in advancing circularity, sustainability, and nutrition.
Participating organizations include the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, FAO, Confagricoltura, Eatable Adventures, CLAN, Federchimica Assobiotec, Carlsberg, 21stBio, among others.
The agenda will delve into the potential of agricultural and industrial by-products for protein production, alongside best practices from Denmark, a leader in biosolutions, and insights into the international regulatory framework. A reception will follow from 18:00 to 19:30.
