La morte di Van Gogh, mia moglie ed io

Info

A new encounter with beauty as a daily gesture and act of resistance.

LOOL continues its dedication to merging work, art, and relationship care by hosting a gathering that combines words, music, and thought.

The presentation of the book by Max Franti, "The Death of Van Gogh, My Wife and I", offers an opportunity to explore an intimate and profound narrative filled with fragility, pain, but also a passionate search for meaning and beauty.

Max Franti's work investigates the end of a genius intertwined with suffering and the loss of meaning magnified by illness. Through this confrontation with pain and fragility, the need to seek and celebrate beauty emerges forcefully, both in art and life, as an act of resistance and a source of significance. This intimate narrative reveals how shadows can paradoxically illuminate the importance of beauty.

📖 During the gathering, the author will read selected pages from the book, accompanied by live music, creating a continuous dialogue between word and sound.

A short interview with the author will follow, along with a musical aperitif, enveloped in melodies that intertwine jazz atmospheres and the essence of Italian singer-songwriter traditions.

🎶 An experience where art, listening, and well-being converge to restore meaning and light to our inner spaces.
