Employees have a strong understanding of their daily work realities, knowing what works and what doesn't. When given the opportunity to contribute to organizational processes, they often present proposals that lead to improved efficiency, collaboration, and motivation.

Despite this, their voices are often overlooked in many organizations.

The workshop invites participants to exchange experiences and explore ways in which employee involvement can enhance the functioning of organizations.

This workshop follows a phase of system mapping employee participation
within Czech organizations and companies.

During the workshop, important findings gathered over seven weeks through existing analyses and expert interviews will be discussed.

Key insights will be presented, focusing on three critical loops in the current system of employee participation dominating in the Czech Republic;

1/ Trust Loop, which deepens employee passivity.

2/ Overload Loop, which reinforces missing capacities.

3/ Apathy Loop, which results in a loss of motivation and productivity.
