The live virtual gathering offers a vibrant exploration of color, emotion, and embodied experiences.

Participants will enjoy a selection of poems that resonate with emotional, psychological, and spiritual themes related to each energy center in the subtle body. Following each poem, a short somatic practice will be shared to promote liberation within.

It’s important to recognize that many have experienced repression or shame, which can hinder natural expression and vitality.

This gathering provides an opportunity to cultivate ease, flow, and safety as attendees navigate the full spectrum of the somatic rainbow—from root to crown.

The aim is to ignite inspiration, allowing individuals to shine brightly during challenging times.
