The 2025 CatchLight Visual Storytelling Summit is an event that gathers prominent photographers, journalists, and artists to delve into the changing landscape of visual storytelling. The day will consist of enriching discussions, practical workshops, and presentations on the main stage, wrapping up with the Night of Photojournalism, a captivating evening featuring visual storytelling projections accompanied by live music.

Admission & Accessibility

Committed to making visual storytelling accessible, the summit operates on a Pay What You Can basis, allowing everyone the chance to engage, no matter their financial situation.

🔹 Contribution Details:

Participants can choose to contribute any amount they wish during registration. These contributions support the advancement of visual storytelling and provide vital resources for those documenting significant global stories.

Suggested contributions include: $0, $15, $25, $50

🎟 Ticket Options (only one ticket type should be selected; multiple selections will result in cancellation):

• Full-Day Pass – Includes access to morning workshops, main presentations, and the Night of Photojournalism.
• Summit-Only Pass – Grants access to morning workshops and main presentations.
• Night of Photojournalism-Only Pass – Provides access to the evening event.

Workshops & Sessions:

• Registration for workshops will be available once sessions are confirmed and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Participants with Full-Day or Summit-Only passes will receive an email with sign-up instructions afterward.

The Summit and Night of Photojournalism are open to the public on a Pay What You Can basis, with contributions encouraged but not mandatory. An RSVP is necessary. Separate registration for workshops is required due to limited space and first-come, first-served policy.

Food trucks will be present during lunch and evening breaks, and complimentary coffee will be provided throughout the day. The dress code is casual to business casual, to ensure comfort for all attendees. Participants can opt to attend only part of the summit, with specific ticket options available for varied access.
