In this lecture, Dr. Miguel Duarte presents an integrative model to understand how development and relationships can shape self-image, particularly in cases of ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. He will also discuss the challenges of self-esteem regulation and their potential impacts on personality development.
Dr. Miguel Duarte is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist practicing in Geneva. Specialized in ADHD and autism spectrum disorders, he has worked at HUG on programs dedicated to diagnosis and therapy, particularly for borderline personality disorders. An author of various scientific publications, he also shares his expertise through teaching assignments at HUG, HEdS, and the CG Jung Institute in Zurich.
