The Virginia Beach Taco Festival will be hosted at The Shack on 8th Street during the Cinco de Mayo weekend, specifically on May 3rd and 4th, 2025. This vibrant festival promises an unforgettable experience with a delightful array of taco offerings from the top local restaurants and food trucks, all priced at $4 each. Attendees can enjoy a lively atmosphere filled with entertainment that includes mariachi bands, cover bands, and DJs, alongside dedicated areas for tequila tasting and margarita bars.

FOOD VOUCHER SYSTEM: Attendees can utilize a voucher system for purchasing food items throughout the venue. Tacos, corn on a stick, nachos, and more will be available for one voucher each, with vouchers sold in increments for convenience. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available via a regular cash and credit system, with ATMs accessible on-site.

KIDS TICKETS: This family-friendly festival allows children aged 10 and under to enter for free!

TACO & HOT CHILI PEPPER EATING CONTEST: Prizes and cash will be awarded to top participants in the contest, with sign-ups available on-site on the day of the festival.

KIDS PIÑATA SMASHING: Young attendees will have an opportunity to break open a giant piñata filled with candy.
