Movement and proper nutrition go hand in hand when it comes to a healthy and energetic life.

In this presentation, certified sports scientist and kPNI therapist Julia Seimetz, along with health and athletic coach Michel Fritsche, will demonstrate how sports and nutrition complement each other optimally and how to harness this powerful combination for better health.

Participants can look forward to practical tips, reliable knowledge, and inspiration for their everyday life!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKET ORDERING:

Each person is entitled to one seat and thus one ticket type. It is requested that the ordering process be repeated for each individual. Multiple orders are not possible. For questions or issues, support is available in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section (see below).

This presentation is aimed at anyone interested in investing in their health, and there is no need to be a member of the sport park. Participants simply need to choose the appropriate ticket type (e.g., "Without Membership") and reserve their seat.

Tickets are required for participation, as seats are limited.

Friends, acquaintances, and family members are warmly invited to join. A separate ticket should be booked for each person.

For group orders of five or more, special reservations can be arranged.

If any problems arise during registration, assistance can be obtained at the reception of the Sportpark Landwehr/MediSport Landwehr.

After signing up, a confirmation email will be sent. Follow all the instructions in the email to receive the eTicket link.

No printed tickets are necessary; they can also be shown on a smartphone at the entrance.

Free parking is available outside the sport parks. Due to high turnout, participants are encouraged to consider carpooling or public transport.

There is no coat check available, so attendees may store their jackets and bags under their seats.

Bringing food and drinks into the presentation room is not allowed, but they can be consumed before and after the presentation. Additionally, various cold and hot drinks, as well as snacks, can be purchased at the Sportbistro located in the Sportpark Landwehr.
