Join a hands-on, in-person sourdough workshop at Willow Corner Collective headquarters. This practical workshop is the only one in the Nelson region, featuring a unique opportunity to learn directly from an experienced baker with over a decade of expertise. Attendees will benefit from personalized instruction and get the chance to mix and work on their own dough during the session.
This workshop caters to bakers of all skill levels, making it ideal for those who want to simplify the complexities of baking sourdough bread. The instructor has prepared hundreds of loaves sold at markets, showcasing a deep passion for teaching others how to bake for their families or small businesses.
Participants will receive hands-on guidance, tips, and tricks, culminating in a delightful tasting of fresh artisan sourdough with a variety of toppings.

It is recommended that participants have a cast iron Dutch oven or a similar heavy-lidded baking dish for optimal baking results. Attendees will also take home their dough to shape around 8 PM, so it is important to confirm that this works for their schedule on the day of the workshop.
