This coming Saturday, May 3rd, a new edition of the Ruta will take place. The excitement is palpable!

Remember music refers to independent tracks from the late 80s and early 90s that were played in the best clubs of the time.

The musical explosion led many venues to become true temples of sound. How many remember the Voltereta at Plaza de los Cubos or the original Attica? It wasn't just about dancing; it was about flying. In Valencia, a vibrant scene emerged with countless productions like Interfront or Megabeat, which remain classics to this day.

Authentic club tours were organized, featuring venues like Barraca, Spook Factory, Nod, Actv, and Puzzle. This diverse mix of musical styles was impossible to classify. It included everything from the best 80s technopop to the post-punk era, as well as Central European electronic beats and the most popular Belgian new beat tracks. Since it was tough to categorize this European music, it was dubbed "Bacalao." Genuine Bacalao is on the way!

Independance Club pays tribute to those temples and the Ruta Destroy with an unforgettable afternoon party. It's certain that the music will make everyone soar: Depeche Mode, The Cure, Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, and many more will fill the atmosphere with energy.
